  1.  FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS
    We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide. There is no minimum purchase required, and no hidden fees at checkout. What you see is what you pay.

  2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
    All orders are processed and packed within (1 - 3) business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  3. SHIPPING & TRANSIT TIMES
    Since our warehouse is located in China, we use reliable international express services to deliver your products. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:
    • United States / Canada: 7 - 12 business days
    • United Kingdom / Europe: 7 - 10 business days
    • Australia / New Zealand: 7 - 14 business days
    • Rest of the World: 10 - 20 business days
    Please note: Shipping times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. They can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures or peak shopping seasons.

  4. ORDER TRACKING
    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
    You can track your package anytime on our website or via professional tracking sites like 17track.net.

  5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
    (Zyyuxie) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
